Player Funds: 789lucky maintains player funds in segregated accounts, separate from 789lucky's operational funds. Your deposited balance is protected and available for withdrawal at any time, subject to these Terms.
Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. You may only withdraw funds that represent your own deposited balance and legitimately won amounts, net of any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within ten (10) minutes. You may close your 789lucky account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
